Payment
Payment can either be made using Paypal or by cheque, which should be made payable to plump pudding. Please allow extra time if paying by cheque. Clearance time for cheques is 7 days.

Delivery
If goods are in stock we aim to despatch within 2-3 days. Orders are sent by Recorded Delivery. UK Postage is a standard £2.50.   FREE on orders over £50.00 Please phone for Next Day & We are happy to ship abroad. Please enquire about overseas rates.

Returns
Please return goods unused, within 10 days and we will offer an exchange or refund. Please return safely as we are not responsible for returned goods that go astray.
